Mr Allen Hubbard
EAL teacher
I changed career in 2013 and moved to China to work in an International school in Beijing. I enjoyed a variety of roles from working as a TA to coaching our school sports teams and advising prospective parents in my role in the admissions office. I completed my CELTA qualification and have been teaching EAL since 2016. In 2018, I was delighted to take on the role as Head of EAL. I really enjoy the variety of teaching across different year groups and aim to inspire children to learn English with great topic based learning and by establishing a really positive rapport between teachers and pupils.

Outside of school I enjoy keeping fit and I walk and swim regularly. I love having the opportunity and time to travel and explore new places.
