I was born in Lisbon, and it was in this marvelous city that I pursued my university degrees in Psychology and Management, including a memorable year in Prague, Czech Republic. Upon completing my studies, I embarked on a journey to Uganda as a volunteer, dedicated to assisting in the social reintegration of refugees. Subsequently, I extended my efforts to Kenya and Tanzania, participating in a program focused on raising awareness and preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS.

After these incredible experiences, I delved into the corporate world, contributing to a multinational company that specialized in developing and implementing psychometric tests for HR management. More recently, I assumed the role of Administrator at a Portuguese school catering to students from nursery to preschool.

Being an husband and father of two beautiful girls, my free time is dedicated to my family. We try to be as immersed in nature as possible, whether on walks in the countryside or long days at the beach, where during my daughters' naps, I run into the sea with a surfboard or make an effort to catch up on my reading.
