ABOUT MR WILLIAMS

Sport and physical activity have always been a huge part of my life and I continue to explore new ways to keep moving and maintain that element of competition.  Since I moved to Portugal I have taken up padel tennis and continue to workout at the gym, play golf and road cycle when I get the chance.

The pinnacle of my sporting career came in rugby union, where I played for the English Championship side, Nottingham Rugby as well as the world renowned London Welsh RFC.

Outside of sport I enjoy experiencing new cultures, foods, spending time with my family outdoors and playing the guitar.
