I am a Sports Science and Physical Education Specialist with degrees in both fields (Bachelor and Master of Science). I kick-started my career abroad, working in Dubai and then I moved back to Portugal, where I was born and raised. I strongly believe in introducing Physical Education early on to nurture lifelong health.
